Cytodyn will go bankrupt because they have virtually no cash, have virtually no means of raising more cash and $100 mil in mostly past due debts. None of the clinical data will count in bankruptcy court.

Can go line by line on clinical trial data, but not worth the effort now. No partner will touch this company because of suspicious clinical data -- FDA Statement reprimands the company for misrepresenting and manipulating CoV data, no peer-review of the data, very few data releases include comprehensive data, most of it is spun so much it is unrecognizable (e.g. mTNBC unvalidated "model" metrics). No quality BP would trust CyDy data and certainly is not interesting in partnering with bankruptcy court.
