Senator Warren, Justice Kagan, and an endless parade from your party encourage the expansion and use of the 4th branch of government (i.e., federal agencies) to rule over, make regulations, and rule on those regulations in virtually every aspect of American business AND impose them on the American people.

Google, "Unitary Executive Principle", study it and then you will see that Elizabeth Warren is a huge fan of these federal agencies independence from the Chief Executive (i.e., the POTUS) and this was ruled to be a constitutional violation because it interferes with the Separation of Powers doctrine, a bedrock of checking governmental overreach.

So, do you or do you not believe that we would be closer to release or already released from the Conservatorship, BUT FOR THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL HERA PROVISION?
