Quite honestly, I don't know what to conclude about the proposed Shala HPPs or 3Power Energy. Are we on? Are we off? Does the Albanian government have to pay if they do not honor the concession agreement?

I have concluded that the situation in Albania is messy, and that is putting it charitably. I have also concluded that Falek et al seem to have no regard for the shareholders. I hold them in contempt for not providing us with any information whatsoever. I can think of stronger words, but vulgarity and profanity do not capture my thoughts about PSPW's management. All JMO.
