If you've been watching for the past week/week and half you'll see what OTCN is doing here.

Sit at .038 with 40K shares...the second we see movement up, in todays case getting to .032, they immediately move their ask below the current highest ask. It works itself down and then they go back to their 40K @ .0038.

Once they are down unloading this should go...if news comes out soon and they are gone, then it goes up VERY fast in my opinion.

I may be reading into my observation but I've caught it happening in real time a few times now. so who knows.
