There is also the agreement with Avient (PolyOne) that was to pay royalties to Integral for all sales. The product is called Surround and it is still actively being marketed by Avient. Last I heard, the battery is still in development, so I don't know where it stands on royalties. Either these companies have not and will not pay royalties or someone is redirecting the funds somewhere else. The last we heard was that there was an outfit that was going to go bring the delinquent filings up to date, but nothing ever materialized. Honestly, I've been expecting to hear from some law firm that has decided to pick this up as a class action lawsuit. I don't know if there is any value in the stock or the company but maybe some light could be shed on things. At the very least, we tie things up in court and put pressure on the businesses thieving the technologies.
