A 43-101 used as a guideline on how to do and what to do is understood by many,

You still don't get it.

But that's okay, I'd love to see Mexus issue a report entitled "43-101", or better yet "43-101 Compliant". That would be a hoot for more than one reason.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
