So you are looking 2-4 months out I guess seeing how #1 the S-1 was not even complete, #2 it needs to be reviewed and approved, #3 an application to a higher market needs to be completed, #4 a 4-6 week review needs to be completed by review board and #5 once review board gets done laughing they either approve or deny application. Then it would be put on the listing docket for the following month if approved.
