I'm not totally disagreeing on the movement, but I also didn't mean right now. The volume in OTC isn't good enough for that right now. But I do think the timing of catalysts will hit with OTC in a better place. Transfer is still a month away with 2 possible SS reductions and tweets/PRs from Frank. That will take time. I don't think I'm running around with blinders on. I also think that those that took loses in Dec will be buying back in once they are clear of wash trade implications. GLTY
