Nope CYDY's own PR even shows that at day 28 the survival rate dropped to 31%. This kind of misinformation is not only dangerous but it's what got Nader into trouble with the FDA, DOJ and SEC. To really drive the point home:

If the results were that incredible and the FDA was just "suppressing it" on behalf of big pharma this is what would have to happen. First all the doctors and scientists at the FDA would have to agree to compromise their ethics. Then the FDA or whoever has to reach out to every health agency in the world to get them to go along with it. That means every other doctor and scientists from all the countries across the world, some of those countries do not like each other very much and yet will work together to crush Nader Pourhassan and Cytodyn?

Of course not that is ridiculous. So we are back to the actual trial results, which stunk. No statistical significance and of course no EUA.

Being angry with the FDA because a payday in the stock market got denied is no grounds for ethical or scientific objections to a company having to meet regulatory safeguards.
