Oil at an all time high and yet no word of any contracts for this companies disruptive game changing technology.

If this was all it's been pumped up to be scores would be flocking to have this being implemented.

Contracts would be signed and the Co. would be shouting from the roof tops.

And all that's taking place is more testing... testing.... testing.

2+2 certainly doesn't equal 4 when it comes to PCT Ltd.

Sims isn't here to make the retail trader wealthy, it's his pockets that are being lined with your hard earned money.
