The letter of intent is the most obvious scam pump in the OTC. Always has been and always will be. After All his other scam pumps failed After all his douchebag condescending tweets, he's reduced to this.

Trust me people real companies doing real reverse mergers don't tweet like this douchebag. You simply wake up one morning and there are multiple 8 k's multiple 10ks multiple 10q filed - REAL FILINGS -and the price of the stock goes up a %1000 2000% 3000%. This monkey has AN UNDERGRADUATE computer science degree and it took him 8 years to get that. His current job is conman scammer on the OTC because he wasn't good enough to do anything else.

I hope he goes to jail. My suggestion is that everyone on this board write letters to the OTC, SEC and FBI financial crimes bureau. It is only when large groups of people complain that crooks like this get sent to prison.
