$HDUP - as far as "end of January" is concerned. If past performance is an indicator then it should be late.

In the March time frame they tweeted that they were close completing an effort for a merger/acquisition and news should begin to flow. Then we did not hear from them until approx 5+ months later.

At the end of September, they put out an update on the major acquisition and said that they anticipated it being closed during the following 60 days. That would have put it at the end of November. It didn't happen.

Now they said the end of January so they have a few days but I suspect it might be late.
