You’re right, it is very very frustrating! But I can’t imagine that Rik isn’t busting his ass trying to get the CE off.

Just because he’s not talking about it, doesn’t mean he’s not doing everything he can to handle it. It’s a stain on him and the company and he knows it.

EVERYTHING takes time, a lot more time than we expect or want, but let’s cut him some slack and let him do his thing.
