Ditto! great job of providing relevant articles and research Chico!! Not sure how the ESG and critical mineral/Rare Earth stars could be any better aligned..... We are FINALLY, only within the last year, getting all the cards on the table and the ducks in a row (i.e, quantifying CE & RE deposits and the additional contribution to revenue) to be included in the revised FS ( comon' did anybody really think it was not going to take a full blown, very time-consuming revsion to the FS to capture the quantity, cost to produce and corresponding impact on revenue!! even though our PR team was telling us that this step was in question. It was NEVER in question). even though RE's have been in favor and experiencing sharp price increases for the last 3 + years.....

You have a season pass on the bus in the front seat... right next to the red cellophane-wrapped shovel and the ribbon-cutting scissors, which have lots of rust on them- but should hopefully still be able to cut thru the ribbon in a ground-breaking ceremony!!- assuming this event happens within the 'near future'...

Meanwhile the beer cans pile up... the seasons change.... the colorful leaves of fall have given way to the snowy white winter storms and another super bowl is upon us.... (hopefully the 49'ers will be part of this). We wait patiently, i would think that this HAS TO BE the FINAL STEP once we get this done. If there is any delay in financing once the FS is revised with the attractive RE contribution numbers and favorable contributions to total revenue- THEN WE ARE IN TROUBLE AND OUT OF EXCUSES! I THINK MANY PATIENT INVESTORS WILL HEAD FOR THE EXITS AT THAT POINT. THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE THE LAST STRAW......ENOUGH WILL BE ENOUGH....WE ALL HOPE IT DOESN'T COME TO THAT!!!
