I agree with the tone of the article being positive. What I meant was that the merger candidate web site does not look crisp and put together.

A social media company that looks like some 14 year old web developers slapped the site together in the basement. IMO, is lacking a "ready for prime time" level of professionalism. Plus, I can not find their App or their platform so they just have a site and a Noun defined. IMO, if I were "coming out" I would want to have the ostensible appearance of being well put together. Loses Hype quickly when you have a Dud look and feel.
