Charts don't specify any specific price for a bottom or a top. If that were the case we would all be rich. LOL I study my charts and use volume, price variations, strength of the buys and sells trends, etc, etc, and then I determine in my own mind whether or not I should buy, sell, hold, or wait depending on the situation.

That is why I never hit the high or hit the low, but if my determinations are correct, then I come pretty close and still make a good profit.

There is just no way of knowing when it is going to happen until the charts are telling me to act, So you can't put a time frame or specific dates as to when these things will happen.
