21 days after being served the summons, RTON has to respond to the complaint. I see nothing as of today and the summons was granted on the 6th of January. I doubt they sit on these summons so I would say RTON received it couple days after. Think 21 days starting on the 9th? So by Monday this case could go to default judgement if I am not mistaken.
