When you are publicly traded you are accountable for the things you say that have material affect. Telling people it’s done deal can cause further investment into a losing proposition. Then breaking our ability to even take a tax loss is more than just unethical. We haven’t been able to trade this in more than 2 months. By any standard this is out of control.
