BZH -.54 to 17.63, despite the strong fiscal Q1 earnings report. The stock is now actually nearing the 52wk low of 15.95 and way off the 52wk high of 26.12.

The homebuilders are in a bear market despite a strong outlook, rising rates and supply chain issues notwithstanding.
