Any of those companies have 3 failed trials, and RTF, FDA rebuke and tens of millions due in days with no shelf registration?. Serious question, not being a wise ass. Nader being gone is best for Cydy, but a real financial and operational mess was left. We haven’t even discussed the need to restate financials. I hope this can be salvaged, but you have to admit it will be a real challenge and the odds are steep.
