Before you invest, try to speak to the CEO. He always hides behind an IR person.

Ask whatever happened to this agreement and lofty sales projections.

That was before COVID so he cannot use that as an excuse. He creates a great story in the press releases and documents but never delivers the promises and then stays quiet about it. Won't ever say what happened.

I'm sure he cannot acquire that construction company without acquiring funds through the Reg A.
What happens if the Reg A does not get enough $ for the purpose of the acquisition? What happens to your investment? I have no experience with Reg A process and am curious about the process and risks.
