$GOED would have to do another “shareholder” meeting to increase shares to sell via s1 or s3
soooooooooooo how low will they reset the warrant conversion price to further annihilate the $GOED share price? in order to make the “existing” holders happy while crushing everyone else AGAIN! (would they have to hold a meeting for that, too?)

or I guess we just have to wait and see if they can get financials out in time to not go stinky pinky and find out more especially about that “non-taxable” GOODWILL
