I know this because I inquired this a ways back.
The filing is correct.
Any lower amount you see this would be shares available to trade. The large shareholders have been around forever and their shares are not represented due to not being registered.
I understand there are so few shares to trade that it’s difficult to buy a lot. My purchases have been when available I bought.
This will not matter when they are $15 dollars a share.
Given this milestone I suspect now they will tell everyone. Couldn’t be happier until 10 times higher.
