I'm not sure I would bank on him having such a heavy vested interest. Remember, like FB*CD this was "handed" to him by Ben at Synergy. I don't know how SSM fits in, if they were funding partners or if Cooley funded it with his own bank, but Cooley might not directly own that much. Also, Synergy might still own a lot.

I just hope your right that whoever has skin in the game that they are playing a "longer" game on this than the way Cooley played his latest worthless moves.
