I have shares, they will never be disposed of



On the contrary, they WILL be disposed of, and that can happen at any time.

DTCC, The Depository Trust Company, regularly notifies brokers and other market participants that they must "dispose" of the shares of defunct and non-transferable companies. That disposal not only includes the destruction of any paper certificates, but also allows brokers to remove those shares from client accounts. Permanently. And shareholders can't do a thing about it.

I expect BIOAQ to be on the disposal list shortly.

When the shares are gone, what will be the story then?
