You should already know the information i am sharing.... but if you don't ...

8k's / paperwork are preferable but it is Not Required for non SEC reporting OTC Companies ... a public Announcement is legal / sufficient.

This is the OTC and Facts are Facts .. we don't have to like the Rules but they are the Rules .

Yes there are some OTC companies that choose to file 8k's ... but if a company chooses otherwise they are still in compliance . NSAV it seems would rather NOT file 8k's

The Quarterly Financials are where we will see the deals and Revenue from Aquisition's etc.

I wish we had MORE information on many areas as it relates to NSAV ... but shareholders have no Control over certain company decisions ..

The only thing we have control over is to Sell or Buy NSAV Shares ...
