Even those need to be registered with the government in order to pay taxes.

And DBA's are not "companies" by definition, but the name still must be registered by law. Of course, a person could skirt the law and do business that way, but it wouldn't be legal.........

And, there is also the legal issue that in order to legally enter into a contract, there must be legal standing. In other words, INCORPORATION. Since Mexus claims to have entered into a legal arrangement with IRMEX, it must be incorporated.
