That's some serious allegations the Courts will take issue with. AWH Bribing Politicians? They have to ask themselves if a loss in Court and liability for cost of suit on top of it is worth the risk. I'll tell yah one thing's for certain right now. No Courts giving AWH an injunction until the lawsuit MedMen just filed is settled. AWH has no skin in this game beyond a 10k political bribe and a filing fee for an injunction. If they could afford to risk a lawsuit they would have already done so. Their bluff's been called. Tilray and Serruya are easily worth 10 times more than AWH and want NY more than they do coz they collectively put a Quarter bil + into MedMen while AWH has merely spent 10k Bribing Politicians.
