Thank you for demonstrating that Allied is definitely NOT on the list of companies unable to produce oil in Texas.

This is the link you provided for your research: https://www.rrc.texas.gov/oil-and-gas/compliance-enforcement/enforcement-activities/91-114-operators-complete-list/#A

And that link is to a list of companies that are currently prohibited from oil related activities in the state of Texas:

§91.114 Operators - Complete List
All operators barred by Natural Resources Code §91.114 due to outstanding orders

The following operators are unable to conduct operations subject to the Railroad Commission's jurisdiction. Due to the existence of unsatisfied Enforcement Orders, the Commission is prohibited by Texas statute from accepting (among other things) Organization Report filings from these companies.

So once again, as someone bullish on AGYP I thank you for reassuring all of us that AGYP is definitely not on the list of companies prohibited from pumping oil in the state of Texas.

Here is the correct link to all Texas oil and gas companies: https://www.rrc.texas.gov/media/mz2knwg5/ogdirectory_20211230-1.txt

(easily found at this parent page https://www.rrc.texas.gov/oil-and-gas/research-and-statistics/operator-information/oil-gas-directory-operator-contact/)

Allied's operator # is 014357 and is easily found on this list by simply scrolling down. Here's what it says:

(RRC Org No 014357)
ALLIED ENERGY OPERATING, LLC
2920 CANDACE CR
HORSESHOE BAY TX 78657
Phone No: (512) 293-9059
Emergency: (512) 293-9059

Also. They didn't just say they got the P-4 and P-5. They uploaded them for all to see. The P-4 and P-5 are listed at otcmarkets under supplemental filings

P-4 https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/278228/content

P-5 https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/278227/content

Now if you want to find out more about Allied on the Texas RR website, there is a host of things to be discovered about any oil and/or gas company operating in Texas: http://webapps2.rrc.texas.gov/EWA/ewaMain.do

Choose one of the items you'd like more information about and then enter Allied's operator number. Remember, it's operator number 014357. Or you can search by name. Anyone can do it. In fact,

It's. Too easy.

Looks like $AGYP is pitching a no-hitter. Can't wait until it's their turn up to bat. wink
