It's possible. I had millions of shares in NEOM for years expecting to never see the stock move again and lose every penny I had invested. Suddenly some story came out about some Saudi billionaires who were interested and were buying up shares. I was surprised to see my account go from zero to thousands of dollars overnight because I had kept resetting my sell price every few months. Believe me, anything is possible with penny stocks. All it takes is one rumor with a little spin on it. Feeding frenzy!
Just saying....it happens!
