Click on the link for our share structure now. No one gets free trading shares (over 326 million) unless they plan on dumping them as fast as they can. Otherwise, if they had such confidence, they would accept restricted shares. What happens when all those free trading shares are dumped? That leaves us with well over 500 million shares in the float. Is this what Daniel thinks shareholder value is? Remember, as soon as this deal is done, poof, he's gone! He won't give a crap what happens to NGCG. Remember, he's gone "poof" before.
