Looking at the timing, recent news and small pps increase, it appears short term and day traders waiting for a move are selling today. A one point swing from 3 to 4 is a 25% profit which isn’t bad for a short term. Near the near term I think till mid February this is going to be a day traders stock, high volume and quick swings a day traders dream.
