would not bet on that. The pps was (low) $0,68 5 days ago (01/21) 7 days after the company received notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of “Nasdaq”).

The pps is now at $0,81 and our market cap on the high side but the multiplier of 9 or 10 is not that bad (based on Q3 financials X $).

The company operates in a market of the future (plant base plant-based meat and other food alternatives).

The stock only traded for 18 months and according to MORNINGSTAR it is undervalued (fair value estimated at CDN$ 1,88).

It probably has a great future and if revenues do not grow as fast as hoped for (Marketing/sales/distribution) it offer a great buyout opportunity for large food manufacturer wanted to move rapidly to plant based food markets.

Patience will be rewarded but I look for Q4 financials before committing myself some more.
