I’m guessing you mean sharing with the existing owner, it sound like he is buying the plant outright. It all depends on the terms of the agreement of sale. Assuming he is gong to receive all the profits from existing customers after the sale of the plant, he will also be excepting all the existing debt. I don’t expect to see any profits for a while and hopefully he will be paying down debt and reinvesting in the business. Our profit will be the increase in the pps if everything goes the way he in vision’s it.
