Don’t expect to see immediate net income form this deal. Bishop is going to committing a million dollars of borrowed/leveraged money in purchasing/upgrading existing equipment, which there’s always overruns in cost. Also, there is the hiring of employs to do the actual work. What no one seams to talk about is the second part of his statement, “in conjunction with the addition of our 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art cultivation operation". This sounds like another purchase and or partnered greenhouse operation separate from the processing/manufacturing plant which has to have employees and overhead. All that aside, this is starting to sound like Bishop is getting all his ducks in a row and there is a very positive outlook on things to come. When mid February rolls around and the sale is over with, that’s when you will see the investors that are sitting on the side lines jump in and the pps really start moving up. Of course this is just my opinion though.
