Slick you can go to the sec website http://sec.gov/ type in Xall under the search box it shows the offering you’ll see qualified when it is qualified. I have found in searches of other companies it can take two weeks to 6 months so to answer your question. There’s no timeframe we can assess at this time there last offering had no movement at 3 months when they withdrew it . I’m sure it depends on how busy they are and if the forms were filled out correctly. I check it daily if there any updates I will post ASAP .
