"Has there been ANY hint of a level playing field for this outfit??"

IPIX plays on the same playing field as every other would-be biotech.

They choose to handicap themselves however by:

only fielding two players (who pay themselves as much as a whole team would get in a better managed outfit) rather than a side that has strength in depth

playing in an old recreation ground frequented by junkies and alkies (OTC Markets) rather than the swish arena they could have chosen if they wanted to (NASDAQ)

taking loans from avaricious loan sharks (Aspire and Kips Bay) that they then ask their fan base to pay while taking a kick back from those monies, instead of raising venture debt or venture capital (which would be easy if they had half the promise they say they have instead of a decade-long track record of abject failure)

making up statistics except when they're forced to tell the truth by the umpires (FDA)

and so on.

IPIX don't even qualify for the Little League, but that's entirely the fault and choice of their avaricious, dishonest and incompetent team captain.
