klaus, I would not know what would hold AMD back from packaging this spec from 90nm.

In addition to the other reasons I mentioned, the 90nm CPUs don´t support the half-multipliers required to get the 2.1 Ghz speed. On 90nm, you have 2Ghz and 2.2Ghz.

Google for "Brisbane" and "half-multipliers".
