Why do an offing for .02 remember a couple of things.

If they didn’t think they could sell the shares they why look bad by doing it.

If you are buying shares at .02 what do you do expect as a return .03 I don’t think so most of these big guys want to make 5-10 times the money so let’s just say only 5x that would be .10
