Well I noticed it has churned out a few million shares at .21. I believe the company is selling those fractional shares and not letting the, be sold below .21. I have a feeling once they are done selling the fractional shares left over from this coming reverse split it will rise. I could be wrong but either way lots of shares have been loaded here at .21ish. I suspect we get a nice run up soon and yes maybe before end of week. NEW
