This company is a scam. I looked up this Sebistian Giordano, hes nothing but a penny stock guy. Looks like he gets stock in companies for advisory work then liquidates. The only reason I was interested here was because of the Jack Mercadante who ran Coach USA but he is not part of management anymore. Also I saw they raise 6.2mil dollars and paid this penny stock NJ broker Garden State 10% commission, what the hell is that?? 10%! And this Giordano has zero trucking company experience but they are paying him $400,oo a year. This company is garbage and is affiliated with scummy brokers. All those involved expect shareholders are getting paid off big time
