I don't think the timing means anything one way or another. Just board obligations for a public company. I think lawyers are the pace and nothing more to read into it. But it does show they have plans and moving forward! 10K is the hardest filing, and that will be due in April. So, hopefully they generate some mass excitement before then. If not, oh well. I'll just have to extend my reservation on QSR. I can do that with a rollover of my call-option contract "reservation."
