Does anybody on message boards read financial statements?

So many posts asking why Ji is diluting with the stock at $3.

The answer is in DD inside the financial statements.

Ji basically has no cash with no additional assets he can liquidate right now: CELU not until July and the SPAC thing for Scilex is a ways away if ever.

So, when you're burning $100 a quarter you have no choice but to dilute at any price or you can't meet your payroll.

What is so hard to understand about this?

Bury heads in the sand much?
