LLC stands for "Limited Liability Company."

And it matters NOT whether Acropolis is a LLC or a Corporation as far as Investor retribution or compensation is concerned. The entity to sue or file a Class Action against was Jimmy D Holmes, not Acropolis, and that ship has sailed.

Investors had a case against Holmes but there is no case against Acropolis UNLESS investors could prove illegal activity on the part of Acropolis, and of course that is ludicrous. Acropolis is doing nothing illegal. There's no guarantee that Acropolis will increase shareholder value or even get LLBO to Pink Current -- Acropolis made it very clear that they were not offering any sort of guarantee.

Acropolis has to schedule a shareholders meeting for each of these three tickers. That's the one thing they are neglecting that they are REQUIRED to do as Custodians.
