Your thinking seems to align with the CEO, that more retail locations is the path to success.

That was the path to success before a little project called the World Wide Web arrived.

Retail leads to more sales people, distribution costs, inventory costs lagging behind sales orders, and a whole heap of challenges that put most retail focused businesses out of business.

How much are they making per retail store?

Direct to consumer on the CVSI website is the path to success. They should be focused on driving customers to buy their products online.
