It's based on what he said doing his last interview. It wasn't a hard date but his projection of when it would be approved in Canada. He also stated that the approval process was slowed due to Covid times, which I think makes it hard to predict when it will happen, exactly. Like post Pharma stocks, this one requires patience but I believe the reward will be worth it. AIMHO
