Unfortunately Paul tends to not get things done on time and now he’s relying on individuals who get paid by the hour to meet a new deadline. Both Paul and Watkins have a lot to gain by things progressing on the CE front so I have no doubt they will cross the finish line but the wait is absolutely brutal! In my last correspondence with Watkins he emphasized “when” not “if” the merger is 100% completed which is a great show of his commitment to see this through.
