It is actually a $3.4 million deal with $2.9 in a 5 year promissory note. The good news is that it is 5 years and hopefully heavily weighted on the back end like the ArcMail deal last January. It is higher than I anticipated as well but what do I know about valuing such and asset.

I'm sure development costs are high and it does come with a customer base. The devil is in the details of the "note" and I haven't seen it yet. If this were trading $6 to $7 like it should in my opinion, it wouldn't be a big deal.
