Asking if a role has been secured sure seems pertinent to me - NOTE: The 8k was filed over 8 months ago so I assume there has been some progress, one way or the other, on the NMC status. What is a MUTE POINT is the Durango project status should NMC not have a role. And therefor asking for an update if a role has been secured, is pending, declined etc.
