those convertible holders want their money! They were owed a huge amount and IMO have been orchestrating the demand here for quite some time, and Brian seems to be willing to work with them on that...JMO..At least that keeps the price propped up some...

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
